RETURN POLICY
- Returns for a refund or exchange must be made within a 30 day period.
- Returns must be authorized prior to shipping.
- No
returns on software, electronic testers, torque wrenches,
hoists, and gasoline or diesel powered products after putting gasoline
or diesel in fuel tank.
- Returns must be made in original packages in salable condition.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- All hurricane and natural disaster tools or equipment are final sales.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
