This heavy duty Mobile Lifting System is made in the USA! Each column will lift up to 16,000 lbs. with the maximum capacity of four MCL-16 columns being 64,000 lbs; and total capacity of 96,000 lbs. with six MCL-16 columns! The MCL16 is ALI/ETL certified with electronic self diagnostics. Standard leveling control, three separate operating modes and low power consumption. The columns are "space-saving" design and weigh only 920 lbs each. The system is easy to operate and virtually maintenance free with a long service life. Features include manual emergency lowering controls, steel cable to post quick disconnect plugs, non-contact limit and safety switches, fuse protection: only 16 amps for 4 columns, high safety level ensured by independent locking device, mobile power supply unit - no master column, low-friction recirculating ball screw lifting system, 5-Year warranty on recirculating ball screw drive. LED display mode options include all mode, single mode and group mode (any combination). Automatic synchronization displays error codes. The Mobile Column Lift System features microprocessor control underscoring the following functions: automatic synchronization and communication between columns, 3 separate modes of operation, detection of load nut failure, automatic shutoff ofater contact with obstacle, upper/lower limit stops, monitoring and automatic leveling control and durable powder coat paint.
