Refund Policy

USA Tools accepts returns within the timeframe stated on each product page or within 30 days unless otherwise specified. All returns must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending any item back.

Non‑defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25%, depending on the manufacturer’s return requirements. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by USA Tools.

Some items are non‑returnable, including electrical diagnostic equipment, special‑order items, installed or used tools, paint guns, gasoline‑powered equipment, items damaged by misuse, and all Noregon® hardware or software. Sales of Noregon® equipment, software licenses, renewals, subscriptions, and related digital products are final.
