The Hitachi CC14SFS 14-Inch 15-Amp Portable Chop Saw provides the stability and power any professional or handyman needs from their tool to get the job done correctly and efficiently. The powerful 15-Amp, 2,000-watt motor produces a no load speed of 4,000-RPM and cuts through pipe, rebar and shaped steel with ease. The 14-Inch cut-off wheel can cut 5-Inch rounds and has a rectangular range of 5.5 by 4.5-Inch, 7.7 by 3.9-Inch and 9.25 by 2.8-Inch. A quick-lock and release vise increases productivity by allowing for fast feeding and easy tightening of different sized materials. A simple adjustment allows miter cuts up to 45-degrees in either direction. The trigger switch includes a lock-off button and adjustable spark chute (diversion guard) to move sparks away from your area for added safety.
