Periodic use of Spray-Gun Cleaner will remove the heavy, hard paint build-up in spray guns. DIRECTIONS FOR USERead all cautions and directions before use. Use this product ONLY in accordance with the instructions given below. Wear protective glasses, solvent-resistant gloves and apron before opening and while using this product. Varying methods of usage can dictate the use of additional protective safety equipment. Internal pressure may exist. To relieve pressure, open slowly and away from face. Use this product to replenish the 4 gallon kit of Spray-Gun Cleaner. When pouring contents into the Spray-Gun Cleaner pail remember that this product separates into two layers. Personal injury may result from improper use of this product. Always keep pail covered, even when cleaning guns. Dismantle Spray Gun and any metal equipment to be cleaned. Remove all rubber gaskets, seals and any other plastic or synthetic parts. Place metal parts in a dipping basket or suspend them from hooks to completely submerge in Spray-Gun Cleaner. DO NOT DIP PARTS WITH HANDS. All parts should be submerged below the hydro-seal. Allow the parts to remain in Spray-Gun Cleaner until all the old finish is blistered or softened. Cleaning time will vary with the condition of the parts and the temperature; however, it should not be any longer than 24 hours. Do not use violent agitation such as with compressed air. Drain part thoroughly, then rinse them with Klean-Strip® Prep All. Wipe parts dry or let air dry. NOTE: Spray-Gun Cleaner should only be used in professional quality spray guns. On parts having a zinc content, there may be a surface darkening that would not affect performance. Do not use on rubber gaskets, seals or hoses. Plastics or synthetics may be damaged by this product. Store in cool place. Exposure to high temperature or prolonged exposure to sun may cause can to swell or leak. Do not mix with any other product. Once opened, this product should be used within six months or discarded to avoid can deterioration. For disposal purposes, this product should be considered a hazardous waste at any time disposal is considered.
