SHIPPING POLICY
Fedex Services may be used unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to ship via USPS, UPS or DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and by use of the latest FedEx, USPS, or UPS rates. Some shipping costs will vary by shipping dimensions.
Orders are shipped out within one to two business days, but International Orders may take longer. Next day air orders received before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped same day otherwise they will be shipped the following day. Although we try to ship most orders the same day, due to the complexity of shipping certain orders such as international orders, and unforeseen high levels of orders, and the fact that some orders are drop shipped from a third party we reserve the right to process the order within 24-48 hours however orders shipped Next Day air or Second Day air may not ship on the day the order is processed. We are not responsible for orders that do not get picked up on time by the carrier or other delays once the carrier picks up the order. If you have an urgent need for your order, please let us know when you place it and we will give it our maximum attention to make sure there are no delays. There is no guarantee that the order you placed will be received by a specified date. The surest way to receive an order as soon as possible is by Next Day Air shipping services and we do not guarantee that the order will arrive on time once the shipment is picked up.
Special orders may take up to 7-10 business days unless it is shipped directly from the factory to the customer via Next Day Air or Second day air. Note: Ampco non-sparking tools take on average two weeks lead time. Sometimes orders will be drop shipped from the factory or supplier which may use a different carrier than the one the customer requested such as Federal Express ground instead of UPS Ground or USPS. In such cases where the item must be drop shipped, we reserve the right to substitute the carrier with the carrier our supplier uses.
Orders that weigh more than 70 lbs. usually may take longer since they will be shipped by freight truck. Free shipping orders qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S. International shipping may be calculated separately. We reserve the right to add any contingent additional charges especially those orders that exceed maximum size carrier limits.
Customers will be notified via email and or telephone of any back orders if they cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time.
Tracking numbers are provided by logging into your account. Tracking number information may be delayed for products that are drop shipped.
We reserve the right to correct shipping costs due to unknown changes in shipping costs or an error in calculating the shipping costs. We will notify you in the event that shipping costs are incorrect.
Items that weigh more than 150 lbs. may require a shipping quote and we will email you the amount of the shipping if the quote appears to be outside of the customary shipping costs. Orders that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation processing charge of 10% if cancellation occurs 24 hours after we receive the order. If order is cancelled after it is in transit, there will be additional shipping charges above the 10% processing charge.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will only qualify for free shipping for regular freight shipments. Orders that require a truck with a hydraulic lift shall be charged an additional $75.00 to $150.00 for the lift service depending on the carrier. Some carriers will bill a higher amount for the lift gate service and customer shall be responsible for any additional lift gate charges that customer authorizes upon delivery. If customer can unload the shipment and transfer the shipment inside without the assistance of the driver or the use of the lift gate, then no additional charges shall be charged. Any additional charges incurred in receiving this order are solely the responsibility of the consignee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders unless signature required is requested by customer. Once the order is shipped customer shall assume full responsibility for such order.
Once an order is picked up by the carrier anything that happens to that order is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to request additional insurance during time of purchase to protect the contents of the order. In the event that the item is delivered by the carrier, and it has suffered damaged or was somehow stolen from the point of delivery the customer must make a claim to the carrier and shall assume liability for the value of the merchandise delivered or damaged during transit.
Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. If the order delivery is refused customer shall be responsible for full shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
IMPORTATNT: Orders will be delivered to the shipping address entered and if we provide proof of delivery and any claims that this order has not been received shall be made to the shipping service provider that you have chosen. By placing this order, you agree that we are not responsible for orders that show delivered as with proof of delivery. In the event that we provide proof of delivery that the order was delivered to your ship to address you acknowledge that the order is complete and any claims regarding the delivery of this order shall be made by customer to the shipping provider.
Orders where an item is built upon ordering such as Mi-T-M Products have a delivery time of approximately 4-6 weeks.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Merchandise must be opened and inspected immediately upon receiving. If you receive an item that shows signs of physical damage, then you must notify us immediately and file a claim with the shipper. You should take pictures with a digital camera or cellular telephone and email us pictures of the damage. We inspect all merchandise that is shipped from our warehouse when we receive it and when we ship it. It is important to contact the carrier immediately and file a claim for if not you may lose your right to recover from the carrier. You must save the original box or packaging if not you may give up your right to recover the loss from damage. Claims for damage must be communicated to us immediately upon receiving the merchandise. No exceptions will be made.
RETURN POLICY
Returns for a refund or exchange must be made within a 30-day period and apply to unopen merchandise in its original package.
Returns must be authorized prior to shipping back.
No returns on software, electronic testers, torque wrenches, hoists, and gasoline or diesel powered products after putting gasoline or diesel in fuel tank.
Authorized returns must be made in original packages in salable condition.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is drop shipped and the restocking fee from manufacturer is higher then that fee shall apply.
All hurricane, natural disaster tools, equipment, and emergency or safety products are final sales.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
WARRANTY
The warranty is the original manufacturer's warranty of the product. In the event that you have to make a warranty claim the manufacturer's warranty will apply. If you have any questions about the manufacturer's warranty, we will be glad to assist you. On engine driven products such as generators, water pumps, and other similar type products the warranty is for 90 days unless stated otherwise. The warranty covers parts only. Labor or service is not covered unless stated otherwise. Warranty begins on the day you receive the product. If your product has a problem that requires a claim of warranty or repair, we will require that you take pictures of the unit and email us a picture so that we can view the problem. If it is necessary for you to send us the product you will be required to pay shipping charges both ways. If the product is not defective, we will ship the product back to you and you will be liable for all shipping costs. Warranty claims for defective products are not refundable and either the manufacturer will replace the product with a replacement or repair the product under warranty. The warranty shall not be covered due to misuse or abuse.
PRICE POLICY
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to a pricing error.
Special offers are only good while quantities last. Orders for special offers may be cancelled due to limited time available from our supplier or limited quantities. We reserve the right to cancel an order for a special offer that is no longer available due to quantities or supplier limited time.
QUANTITY
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
ERRORS
We are not responsible for typographical errors including errors in pricing, weight, or descriptions. Occasionally an error of this nature may occur and we will try to resolve the matter as best as we can but we are human and errors do occur.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not contact you unless you allow us to via email and it will only be for promotional purposes or order related purposes. If you wish to not be contacted for promotional purposes you may send us an email sales@usatoolsinc.com at anytime and we will make sure we don't contact you further. Private information that you give us during your order process will be kept confidential and will not be either sold nor given to any third party.
SUBSTITUTES & GRAPHIC IMAGES
Sometimes images don't look exactly as the actual product due to the fact that artwork is sometimes provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to ship a product that matches the description even though the color or image may not be exactly the same. In the rare situation that a product is no longer available or discontinued we reserve the right to substitute a product with a comparable product of similar quality and price. If the product does not meet the customer's expectation of quality, we will offer a full refund upon the return of the product in its undamaged form or original package within the 30-day refund policy subject to our damaged claim policy. We will pay for return shipping on any substituted product that does not meet your satisfaction.
Product Assembly
Some products require assembly, and it is the customer's responsibility to assemble the product.
