Shipping Policy

FedEx services may be used unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or other carriers as necessary.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and current carrier rates. Some shipping costs may vary due to package size, dimensional weight, or carrier surcharges.

Most orders ship within one to two business days. International orders and special‑order items may require additional processing time. Next Day Air orders received before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time will generally ship the same business day; orders received after the cutoff may ship the following business day. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to order complexity, international processing, high order volume, supplier fulfillment timelines, or carrier pickup schedules. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been tendered to the carrier.

Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier. In such cases, the carrier used may differ from the carrier selected at checkout. We reserve the right to substitute carriers when required by supplier logistics.

Orders weighing more than 70 lbs. may ship via freight truck and may require additional transit time. Orders exceeding carrier size or weight limits may incur additional charges. Free shipping applies only to qualifying orders within the continental United States. International shipping charges may be calculated separately.

Tracking information is provided through customer accounts. Tracking updates may be delayed for drop‑shipped items.

We reserve the right to correct shipping charges due to carrier rate changes, freight reclassification, or calculation errors. Customers will be notified if adjustments are required.

Orders weighing more than 150 lbs. may require a freight quote. Liftgate service, if required, may incur additional charges. Any delivery surcharges authorized by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refused deliveries are subject to return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Price & Shipping Cost Adjustments

In the event of a significant increase in product cost, freight charges, carrier surcharges, or shipping rates after an order is placed but prior to shipment, USAToolsInc.com reserves the right to contact the customer to request approval of the adjusted total before fulfillment. If the customer does not approve the revised charges, the order may be canceled and any amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with this policy.

This provision applies in particular to oversized, freight, drop‑shipped, or special‑order items where final shipping or handling costs may not be determinable at checkout.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer and the carrier. Signature confirmation and additional insurance are available upon request at checkout.

If proof of delivery is provided to the shipping address entered at checkout, the order is considered complete. Any claims regarding delivery must be made directly with the carrier.

Damage Claims

All merchandise must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Visible damage must be reported to the carrier and to USAToolsInc.com immediately. Customers must retain original packaging and provide photographs to support damage claims. Failure to report damage promptly may result in denial of the claim.

Substitution Policy

Due to frequent manufacturer updates, product discontinuations, and supply chain changes, USAToolsInc.com reserves the right to substitute discontinued, backordered, or manufacturer‑replaced items with products of equal or greater value and functionally equivalent specifications.

Where a substitute product is identified or referenced in the original product listing, customers acknowledge and agree that such substitute may be shipped in place of the originally listed item. This substitution policy constitutes a material term of the purchase agreement.

If a substituted item does not meet functional requirements, it may be returned in accordance with the return policy below.

Return Policy

Returns for refund or exchange must be authorized and initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging in resalable condition.

Returns are not accepted for software, electronic testers, torque wrenches, hoists, or gasoline‑ or diesel‑powered products once fuel has been added.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or materially misrepresented.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. For drop‑shipped items, manufacturer or supplier restocking fees may apply and may exceed this amount.

Returns of substituted items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or the applicable supplier restocking fee, whichever is higher.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type. Engine‑driven products typically carry a 90‑day parts‑only warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty claims may require photographs and may require return shipping at the customer’s expense. Labor costs are not covered unless expressly stated by the manufacturer. Misuse or abuse voids warranty coverage.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, supplier limitations, or inventory availability.

Special offers are valid only while supplies last. Quantity limits may apply.

Errors & Omissions

We are not responsible for typographical errors, including errors in pricing, weight, or descriptions. Errors will be corrected when identified.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is used solely for order processing and customer communication. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties. Customers may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Product Assembly

Some products require assembly. Assembly is the responsibility of the customer.
