The WorkStar1200 is a cordless, portable, rechargeable work light that runs for over five hours on a single charge. This rugged and durable lighting tool, is designed for daily use by technicians in tough environments such as auto and truck repair shops. This versatile light features high powered floating magnets and a retractable hook to allow the mechanic to suspend or attach the light to local work area components. A moveable light head lets the operator turn the head and precisely direct the light to exactly where he needs it and preventing the light from shining into his eyes. The specially designed reflector contains a Luxeon LED and provides a bright, even light pattern while eliminating concerns and the cost associated with bulb replacement. Diode lighting characteristics are matched with the reflector to give a clear, white, elliptical shaped illumination pattern, ideal for work area. The LED never needs replacing. The tool features ergonomic design that results in excellent balance and a secure, comfortable grip. The square body design lets the technician place the light on any flat surface, without any concern of the tool rolling off and falling to the floor. The smart charger stops charging automatically when the battery is fully charged, a maximum of two hours. It is not necessary to fully charge or discharge the battery and as little as a 15 minute charge can provide and hour or more of light operation.
