compact, one‑hand‑operated cutoff tool designed to quickly and cleanly cut exhaust pipes, strut tubes, and other round metal tubing. Its four knife‑edged cutting wheels bite evenly into the material, allowing the tool to cut completely around the pipe in less than one‑third of a turn. The floating design lets the cutter “shift” as needed, making it ideal for cutting out‑of‑round or slightly distorted pipes. Suitable for pipe diameters from 1‑3/8" to 2‑1/2" (34.9–63.5 mm).
