RPM is 2500, the perfect polishing speed. Comes complete with a plastic backup pad, pad nut and wrench. A great tool for buffing and polishing paint, plastic, metal and wood. Can be used with brushes to clean automotive carpets. Spindle thread is 3/8-24. Tool comes with adapter Tay.8818P11. Adapter has male thread 5/8-11. Also has female threads 5/16-24 and 3/8-24
