Coil Winder Machine Reducing Collets, set of 2, (1 ea.1/4" and 3/8")
Series 2000 coil winder machines are engineered for extra heavy-duty applications requiring exceptional pulling power plus wide speed ranges. Speeds are variable from 40 - 410 RPM with precise hand wheel settings. All controls are front mounted for easy accessibility. Engage the clutch and the unit immediately winds at set speeds. All models are manually operated with stop-start actuated by foot-pedal combination brake and clutch. Easy to read 5 digit counter in clear view to reach required turns.
Capacity: Maximum torque: fast speed, 210 in Lbs; slow speed, 775 in Lbs.
Dimensions: 19" x 20 3/4" base, 47 3/4" height. Shaft Center height 42 1/2".
Face Plate Shaft: Tapped to take a standard 1/2" - 13 bolt for quick set-up in winding solenoid, electromagnet, and other small wound coils.
