Refund policy

Refund Policy (Short Version)

USA TOOLS accepts returns within 30 days (or the timeframe listed on the product page). Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before any return is shipped back.

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by USA TOOLS.

Some items are non-returnable, including electrical diagnostic equipment, special-order items, installed or used tools, paint guns, gasoline-powered equipment, items damaged by misuse, and all Noregon® hardware/software. All sales of Noregon® licenses, renewals, subscriptions, and digital products are final.
