The OTC-1877 is a professional-grade, 25-ton air/hydraulic oil filter crusher engineered for heavy-duty truck, construction, agricultural, and industrial service environments. Built to handle the largest spin-on filters found on Class 6–8 trucks and equipment, this crusher delivers the force, chamber size, and reliability required for high-volume shop use.
This unit crushes filters up to 6 inches in diameter and 12-1/2 inches long, reducing them to one-quarter of their original size while removing up to 95 percent of the residual oil. The automatic cycle feature allows the operator to load the filter, press a single button, and let the machine complete the crushing process. At the end of each cycle, the ram automatically returns to the start position for fast, repeatable operation.
Powered by a robust air/hydraulic pump, the OTC-1877 operates on standard shop air and requires 9 CFM at 100 PSI. No electrical connection is needed. The integrated, fully assembled floor stand provides a stable footprint and requires only five square feet of shop space, making installation simple and efficient.
