The Standard Duty Universal Coil Winding Head (Model 700‑2101‑03) is engineered for precise, repeatable winding of armature coils, solenoid coils, field coils, and similar applications requiring a single continuous wire. Built for motor‑repair shops, coil‑manufacturing environments, and custom fabrication work, this winding head provides stable performance and adjustable coil‑forming capability for both standard and specialty coil builds.
This unit features six fully adjustable spindles, each equipped with removable sleeves and nine aluminum spacing washers to fine‑tune coil width, spacing, and geometry. An additional winding spool is included to assist with wire guidance during setup and operation. For deeper or multi‑layer coil builds, the winding spools can be removed and replaced with sidewall retainers—four pairs are included—allowing secure containment of tall or complex coil structures.
The winding head mounts easily on any compatible coil‑winder drive or turning device with a 10‑inch or larger swing, ensuring broad compatibility with standard industrial winding equipment.
